تهیه و شناسایی نانوذرات مغناطیسی مگنتایت عامل دار شده با سولفامیک اسید و کاربرد آن به عنوان کاتالیست قابل بازیافت در تهیه مشتق های پروپارژیل آمین در شرایط بدون حلال

چکیده

پروپارژیل­آمینها ترکیباتی هستند که بعضی از آنها دارای ویژگی دارویی و زیستی هستند و یا می­توان آنها را به ترکیباتی تبدیل کرد که این ویژگی را دارا باشند. در این پژوهش، سولفامیک اسید تثبیت شده بر نانوذرات مغناطیسی مگنتایت با پوشش سیلیکا تهیه شد و با استفاده از روش­های فروسرخ تبدیل فوریه IR-FT))، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی SEM))، آنالیز گرماوزن­سنجی ((TGA و ارتعاش مغناطیسی نمونه (VSM) مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. سپس به عنوان کاتالیست قابل بازیافت مغناطیسی در سنتز پروپارژیل آمینهای متفاوت از واکنش میان آلدهیدهای متفاوت با آمینهای نوع دوم و آلکینهای انتهایی در دمای 80 درجه سلسیوس در شرایط بدون حلال با بازده بالا مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. روش یاد شده نه تنها به دلیل عدم استفاده از حلال دارای بازده بالا و هزینه پایین است بلکه به دلیل دارا بودن هسته مغناطیسی پس از پایان واکنش با به‌کارگیری میدان مغناطیسی خارجی به سهولت تا پنج بار قابل جداسازی و استفاده مجدد است و شایان ذکر است تفاوت بازده بین اولین و پنجمین بازیافت کاتالیست کمتر از 12درصد بود.
