بررسی و مشخصه‌یابی اثر سیستم هیبریدی نانوفیلتراسیون در تصفیه محلول-های سدیم، منیزیم و کلسیم کلرید

چکیده

در این تحقیق از سیستم هیبریدی برای تصفیه سه محلول سدیم، منیزیم و کلسیم کلراید با TDS 5000 میلی‌گرم برلیتر استفاده شد. به این صورت که یک عمل پیش‌تصفیه قبل از عمل تصفیه انجام می‌شود. در عمل پیش‌تصفیه و همچنین اصلاح سطح غشا از نانوکامپوزیت فریت مس- زئولیت- کیتوسان – مس اکساید به علت زیستی‌بودن، خاصیت مغناطیسی مناسب، غیرسمی‌بودن و داشتن گروه‌های عاملی بسیار زیاد استفاده گردید. نانوذرات فریت مس به روش سل- ژل در دمای کلسینه 600 درجه سانتی‌گراد با ابعاد تقریبا 20 نانومتر سنتز شد. سپس نانوکامپوزیت فریت مس- زئولیت – کیتوسان- گرافن اکساید به روش شیمیایی با استفاده از نانوذرات فریت مس ساخته شد. و در ادامه خصوصیات آن توسط آنالیزهای میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (FE-SEM)، طیف‌سنجی مادن قرمز (FT-IR)، پراش اشعه ایکس (XRD)، مغناطومترنیروی گرادیان متناوب ارتعاشی (AGFM) و آنالیز اندازه‌گیری سطح ویژه BET مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. باتوجه به نتایج حاصل از نانوفیلتراسیون ساخته شده تمام نمونه‌هایی که حاوی نانوکامپوزیت بودند درصد ریجکشن و شار آن‌ها بسیار بهتر از نمونه بدون نانوکامپوزیت فریت مس- زئولیت- کیتوسان- گرافن اکساید بود. در این سیستم هیبریدی نمک‌های منیزیم و کلسیم کلرید بیش از 90 درصد و نمک سدیم کلرید 69 درصد حذف شدند.
