مطالعه طیف موزبائر 57Fe نانوذرات فریت منیزیم و فریت روی

چکیده

در این پژوهش از طیف‌سنجی موزبائر MOS برای مطالعه مشخصات مغناطیسی ومیکروسکوپی نانوذرات فریت منیزیم و فریت روی که با استفاده از روش عملیات گرمایی ساخته شده بودند استفاده شد. این طیف‌سنجی توانست مشخصات فوق ریز مغناطیسی و توزیع کاتیونی این نانو فریت‌ها را بررسی کند. جهت تحلیل کمیت های بدست آمده از طیف‌سنجی موزبائر این نانو ذرات، از نتایج آزمایش‌های مغناطش سنج نمونه لرزان VSM، پراش پرتو ایکس XRD و میکروسکوپ الکترونی تونلی TEM که قبلا منتشر شده بود استفاده گردید.

چکیده [English]

In this research, Mossbauer spectroscopies of magnesium ferrite and zinc ferrite nanoparticles which were fabricated by thermal treatment method were used for the investigation of characterization of magnetic and microcopy as magnetic hyperfine and cation distribution. The obtained results of the experiments of vibrating sample magnetometer VSM, X-ray diffraction XRD and transmission electron microscopy TEM of these ferrite nanoparticles which were already published were used.
