اثر انتقال ساختار بر ویژگی مغناطیسی فریت بیسموت آلاییده با La و Y

چکیده مقاله:

در این پژوهش نانو¬ذرات ۱۵/۰ , ۱/۰ , 03/۰ , 0 Bi1-xLa0.15OxFeO3 ,x با استفاده از اسید تارتاریک به روش سل-ژل تهیه شدند.این مواد دارای شبکه پروسکایت ABO3 می باشند. در شبکه پروسکایت، برخی اعوجاج¬ها می تواند زاویه B-O-B را تغییر دهد و بنابراین بر ویژگی¬های مغناطیسی و الکتریکی این شبکه اثر¬بگذارد. بررسی¬های ساختاری الگوی پراش پرتو ایکس توسط نرم افزار FuIIPRUF برای نمونه¬های ۱/۰ x و ۱۵/۰ x صورت گرفت و تغییر ساختار را از لوزی¬رخ رمبوهدرال به شبه¬مکعبی ارتورمبیک نشان داد. نتایج آنالیز VSM گرفته شده از تمام نمونه¬ها بیان داشت که با افزایش درصد آلاییدگی، مغناطش پسماند و مغناطش ماکزیمم نمونه¬ها کاهش می¬یابد.


Article's English abstract:

In this paper, Bi0.85-xLa0.15YxFeO3 BL0.15Yx¬FO, x 0, 0.03, 0.1, 0.15 nanoparticels were synthesized by the tartaric acid modified sol-gel technique. This materials have perovskite structure. In perovskite lattice, such distortions change the B-O-B bond angles and there fore are expected to affect magnetic and electronic properties of this lattice. The crystallographic phase analysis was performed for x 0.1 and x 0.15 with the help of FULLPROF program and showed the crystal structure transition from rhombohederal to the orthorhombic. The results of VSM analysis showed that remnant magnetization and maximum magnetization decreases with increasing the percent of doping.
