اثر کرنش بر روی زمان تونلزنی و قطبشپذیری اسپینی در ابرشبکهی گرافینی
در این مقاله زمان تونل زنی وابسته به اسپین و قطبش پذیری اسپینی را در یک ابرشبکهی تک لایهی گرافینی با برهمکنش اسپین - مدار راشبا در حضور کرنش در راستای زیگزاگ و دسته صندلی بررسی میکنیم. مشاهده میشود دامنهی نوسان زمان تونل زنی با افزایش قدرت کرنش افزایش مییابد. علاوه بر این زمانی که کرنش در راستای زیگزاگ باشد اثر هارتمن برای اسپین بالا و پایین قابل مشاهده خواهد بود. برای کرنش در راستای دسته صندلی قطبش پذیری اسپینی با افزایش قدرت کرنش زیاد میشود در حالی که قطبش پذیری اسپینی برای کرنش زیگزاگ صفر است. وقتی کرنش در راستای دسته صندلی باشد بر خلاف کرنش در راستای زیگزاگ زمان تونل زنی برای فرود عمود به اسپین الکترون وابسته خواهد بود.

بررسی خواص الکترونی نانولوله کربنی تک جداره SWCNT 7,0 با استفاده از نظریه تابعی چگالی DFT
در این مقاله، خواص الکترونی نانولوله کربنی تکجداره زیگزاگ SWCNT7,0 بررسی شد. این بررسی به روش نظریه-ی تابعی چگالی DFT و حل معادلات بسذرهای کوهن-شم با رهیافت میدان خودسازگار SCF در تقریب چگالی موضعی LDA به انجام رسید. مورفولوژی نانولوله، استوانهای با قطر مقطع Å 48/5 و جهتگیری رشد در جهت 100 است. بعد از انجام محاسبات همگرایی، انرژی قطع معادل eV 953 انتخاب، و فضای وارون به روش مونخورس-پک بصورت 16×1×1 مشبندی گردید. نتایج نشان میدهند گاف انرژی نانولوله به علت بالا بودن نسبت سطح به حجم و بوجود آمدن ترازهای سطحی میان گاف، کاهش مییابد. همچنین خواص الکترونی شامل ساختارنواری و چگالی حالت-های الکترونی نانولوله کربنی SWCNT7,0 محاسبه شد و مشخص گردید بیشینه نوار ظرفیت و کمینه نوار رسانش هر دو در نقطه Γ هستند. منشاء این دو نوار ناشی از ترازهای پیوندی π و غیرپیوندیπ که به ترتیب دارای انرژیهایeV 53/0- وeV 62/0 از سطح فرمی میباشند. لذا گاف انرژی مستقیمی به مقدار eV15/1 در نقطه Γ ایجاد شد و مطابق انتظار نانولوله در دسته مواد نیمهرسانا قرار گرفت. همچنین پهنای نوارهای ظرفیت و رسانش میان نقاط Γ و Z به ترتیب دارای مقادیر eV92/1 و eV 23/2 هستند، لذا خطای خودبرهمکنشی تاثیر چندانی در نتایج ندارد.

استفاده از نانوکامپوزیت گرافن اکساید-مولیبدن اکساید جهت تزریق حفره در دیودهای نورتاب آلی
دیودهای نورتاب آلی جزء دسته قطعات نورتابی هستند که با ظهور خود در صنعت نمایشگرها انقلابی ایجاد کردند. نازکی، عدم نیاز به خود روشنایی، انعطافپذیری، قابلیت شفاف بودن و عدم نیاز به سیستمهای خلأ خیلی بالا از مهمترین مزیت این دیودها نسبت به دیگر قطعات تولید کننده نور است. مسئله بازده و کارآیی یکی از مهمترین چالشهایی است که در این حوزه باید تا حد زیادی حل شود. الکترون از لایه تزریق کننده الکترون و حفره از لایه تزریق کننده حفره به سیستم تزریق و در لایه نورتاب بازترکیب میشوند که در نهایت به تولید نور منجر میشود. بنابر گزارشات مشکل اصلی دیودهای نورتاب مرسوم در تزریق حفره است که در اینجا ما با کامپوزیت کردن مولیبدن اکساید با گرافن اکساید و استفادهی آنها در لایه تزریق کننده حفره HIL توانستیم بازده و کارآیی این دیودها دهیم. نسبتهای مختلف GO و MoOx مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت که در نهایت نسبت 1:1 حالت بهینه بود که با عث شد تا حدود 25 افزایش توان در بازده تبدیل توان داشته باشیم.

مطالعه طیف موزبائر 57Fe نانوذرات فریت منیزیم و فریت روی
در این پژوهش از طیفسنجی موزبائر MOS برای مطالعه مشخصات مغناطیسی ومیکروسکوپی نانوذرات فریت منیزیم و فریت روی که با استفاده از روش عملیات گرمایی ساخته شده بودند استفاده شد. این طیفسنجی توانست مشخصات فوق ریز مغناطیسی و توزیع کاتیونی این نانو فریتها را بررسی کند. جهت تحلیل کمیت های بدست آمده از طیفسنجی موزبائر این نانو ذرات، از نتایج آزمایشهای مغناطش سنج نمونه لرزان VSM، پراش پرتو ایکس XRD و میکروسکوپ الکترونی تونلی TEM که قبلا منتشر شده بود استفاده گردید.

مطالعه مقایسهای اکسایش CO بر ساختارهای گرافنی دوپه شده دوتایی با BN و AlN
ورود مونوکسیدکربن به محیط زیست و تولید آن در سیستم-های کاتالیستی بسیار مشکلزا است. اکسایش CO به دی-اکسیدکربن یکی از راههای کاهش این مشکلات است. در این تحقیق از بستر گرافنی دوپه شده با اتمهای گروه سوم بور B و آلومینیوم Al و گروه پنجم نیتروژن N برای اکسایش CO استفاده شده است. ساختارهای گرافنی به صورت ساختارهای BN و AlN نامگذاری شدهاند. ساختار الکترونی و خواص کاتالیستی این دو ساختار با استفاده از محاسبات نظریه تابعیت چگالی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بر اساس نتایج حاصله، گرافن دوپه شده با AlN به مراتب نسبت به ترکیب BN فعالساز بهتری برای مولکول اکسیژن است. انرژی فعال سازی اکسایش CO بر روی کاتالیست گرافنی AlN، که ازطریق مکانیسم الی-ریدل انجام میشود CO O2CO2 Oads ، تنها kcal mol-1 58/2 است. مرحله دوم اکسایش CO با اتم اکسیژن جذب شده بر روی سطح این کاتالیست نیز بدون هیچگونه سد انرژی رخ میدهد. بنابراین جایگزینی یک پیوند C-C با پیوند Al-N راهکار بسیار موثری در طراحی کاتالیست های بر پایه گرافن به منظور اکسایش CO است.

شیمی سبز برای ساخت نانوذرات MgO در ماتریس مزوپور تهیه شده از کاه برنج و مطالعه خواص اسپکتروسکوپی و ضد باکتری آن
ساخت و شناسایی ماده مزوپور با استفاده از خاکستر کاه برنج به عنوان یک منبع سیلیس ارزان و جایگزین گزارش شده است.کاه برنج برای تولید سیلیس آمورف در 500 درجه سانتی گراد سوزانده شد و سپس برای تهیه ماده مزوپور مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نانوذرات منیزیم اکسید بطور موفقیت آمیزی با روش واکنش حالت جامد در ماتریس مزوپور سنتز شدند. نمونه های سنتز شده با استفاده از XRD، FTIR، SEM و TEMمورد ارزیابی و شناسایی قرار گرفتند. فعالیت ضد میکروبی نانوذرات به روش تعیین حداقل غلظت ممانعت کننده از رشد و انتشار از دیسک، در مقایسه با آنتی بیوتیک های استاندارد، علیه استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس و اشرشیاکلی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج XRD، پیک های پراش برای هر دو ترکیب را در نانوکامپوزیت نشان میدهد. مطالعات XRD نشان میدهد که نانو ذرات MgO سنتز شده دارای ساختار مکعبی میباشند. . تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری، ذرات کوچک متعلق به نانوذرات منیزیم اکسید را با قطر حداکثر 19 نانومتر نشان داد.

فرآیند تکثیر چند اکسیتون در نانوساختارهای مرکب سیلیکان-ژرمانیوم
در فرآیند تکثیر چند اکسیتون، جذب یک فوتون در شرایط معین میتواند به تولید بیش از یک اکسیتون منجر شود و در نتیجه بازده افزارهی جاذب نور را افزایش دهد. در این نوشتار با استفاده از روشی بس ذره ای، نتایج حاصل از شبیهسازی فرآیند تکثیر چند اکسیتون در نانوساختارهای مرکب سیلیکان-ژرمانیوم ارائه میشود. نتایج شبیهسازیها نشان میدهند افزایش تعداد اتمهای سیلیکان در نانوساختار باعث افزایش آستانهی تکثیرِ بیش از یک اکسیتون و نیز افزایش بیشنهی جذب نوری میشود.

بررسی اثر ناخالصی مس بر قابلیت آنتی باکتریایی نانوذرات ZnSe آلاییده به مس علیه باکتریهای گرم منفی اشریشیا کولای و سودوموناس آئروژینوزا
در پژوهش حاضر، ابتدا نانوذرات ZnSe:Cu با درصدهای مختلف ناخالصی مس 0، 1/0، 75/0 و 5/1 درصد و همچنین ZnSe تحت تابش مایکروویو به مدت 6 دقیقه به روش آبی تهیه شده و سپس، خواص آنتی باکتریایی آنها روی دو باکتری گرم منفی اشریشیا کولای و سودوموناس آئروژینوزا، به روش انتشار دیسک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش به منظور سنتز نانوذرات مذکور، پودرهای سلنیوم و سدیم بوروهیدرید به عنوان مواد اولیه تهیه منبع یون سلنیوم و استات روی به عنوان منبع یون روی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. با تنظیم pH محلول روی مقدار 2/11، از تیوگلیکولیک اسید TGA به عنوان عامل پوششی جهت ممانعت از کلوخهای شدن نانوذرات سنتز شده استفاده شده است. نتایج مشخصهنگاری پراش پرتو ایکس و طیف سنجی فرابنفش- مرئی محلول حاوی نانوذرات نشان دهنده گسترهی 14/2-94/1 برای اندازه نانوذرات و گاف حدودeV 65/3-5/3 میباشد. جهت مطالعه خاصیت آنتی باکتریایی نمونهها، ابتدا باکتریهای اشریشیا کولای و سودوموناس آئروژینوزا بر محیط کشت مولر هینتون آگار تلقیح شد و سپس دیسکهای بارگذاری شده توسط نانوذرات مورد مطالعه بر روی آنها قرار گرفت. پس از گذشت 18 ساعت از ماندگاری نمونههای نهایی در انکوباتور، قطر هالههای ممانعت از رشد هر باکتری میزان حساسیت آنها اندازهگیری شد. یافتههای این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که این نانوذرات دارای خاصیت آنتی باکتریایی قابل توجهی بر روی باکتریهای گرم منفی اشریشیا کولای و سودوموناس آئروژینوزا میباشند و قابلیت استفاده در حوزه داروهای آنتی باکتری را دارا میباشند. نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان داد که بیشترین فعالیت نانوذرات آلاییده، مربوط به درصد ناخالصی مس 5/1 روی باکتری اشرشیا کولای میباشد. همچنین نمونه بدون ناخالصی تهیه شده تحت زمان تابش مایکروویو به مدت 6 دقیقه، دارای بیشترین فعالیت آنتی باکتریایی برای باکتری سودوموناس آئروژینوزا بود.
