تهیه و ارزیابی نانوذرات اکسید روی از چارچوب فلز-آلی بر پایه فلز روی توسط روش تخریب حرارتی
پلیمرهای کئوردیناسیونی متخلخل که چارچوبهای فلز-آلی نامیده میشوند به دلیل حجم بالای حفره، شبکه حفره منظم با اندازه یکنواخت، مساحت سطح بالا، حضور همزمان گروههای آلی و معدنی توجه زیادی را جلب کردهاند و پتانسیل کاربردی گستردهای دارند. در این تحقیق چارچوبهای فلز-آلی بر پایه فلز روی Zn2bdc2dabcon با روش محلولی در دمای محیط و حلال گرمایی در دمای 90 درجه سانتیگراد سنتز و سپس نانوذرات اکسید روی ZnO با روش تخریب حرارتی و حذف بخش آلی تهیه شدند. نمونهها توسط طیفسنجی مادون قرمز تبدیل فوریه FTIR برای بررسی گروههای عاملی، پراش پرتو ایکس XRD برای تعیین ساختار بلوری، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی SEM برای مطالعه اندازه و شکل، طیف سنجی توزیع انرژی پرتوی ایکس EDS برای بررسی ترکیب شیمیایی، و طیفسنجی بازتاب انتشاری DRS جهت تعیین جذب اشعه ماوراء بنفش و گاف انرژی بررسی شدند. فعالیت ضدباکتری نانوساختارهای اکسید روی علیه اشرشیاکلی E. coli ارزیابی شد. نتایج حاصله بیانگر این است که روش تخریب حرارتی چارچوبهای فلز-آلی بر پایه فلز روی بهصورت موفقیت آمیز برای تهیه نانوذرات اکسید روی استفاده شود و نانوذرات نهایی دارای فعالیت ضدباکتری مناسب علیه اشرشیاکلی و سد کنندگی ماوراء بنفش هستند، و میتواند پتانسیل خوبی برای کاربردهای مختلف داشته باشند.

اثر روش تولید بر ساختار، خواص مغناطیسی و الکتریکی فریت نانوساختار لیتیم
در این پژوهش، فریت نانوساختار لیتیم با ترکیب Li0.5Fe2.5O4 به سه روش سل-ژل، سنتز خود احتراقی و هیدروترمال تولید گردید و اثر روش تولید بر ساختار و خواص مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برمبنای نتایج آزمون پراش پرتو ایکسXRD، ساختار کریستالی مکعبی با گروه فضایی P4332 برای فریت لیتیم به روش سل-ژل و ساختار مکعبی با گروه فضایی Fd3m برای فریت لیتیم به روشهای سنتز خود احتراقی و روش هیدروترمال به دست آمد. مشاهده شد که در فریت لیتیم تولید شده به روش هیدروترمال، برخلاف دو روش قبلی، برخی ناخالصی ها حضور دارد. با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نشر میدان FESEM، ریزساختار پودرهای تولیدی بررسی شد. کلوخههای صفحهای و اسفنجی شکل به ترتیب در فریت تولید شده به روش سل-ژل و سنتز خود احتراقی مشاهده شد. بررسی رفتار مغناطیسی نشان داد که فریت لیتیم تولیدی به روش سنتز خود احتراقی بیشترین مقدار مغناطش اشباع emu/g 57 و کمترین اندازۀ بلورک nm 26 را دارا است. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که شاخصۀ ثابت دی الکتریک و هدایت الکتریکی جریان متناوب در پودر تولید شده به روش سنتز احتراقی در تمامی بسامدهای اندازهگیری شده به طور قابل توجهی مقدار بالاتری را نسبت به پودرهای تولیدی به روش سل-ژل دارد.

ارزیابی خاصیت ضدباکتری دیاکسیدتیتانیوم آلاییده با روی تثبیت شده بر روی بنتونیت
هدف از این تحقیق بررسی اثر آلایش یون روی بر روی فعالیت ضدباکتری نانوذرات دیاکسیدتیتانیوم تثبیت شده بر روی پایه بنتونیت با روش نمک مذاب میباشد. نانوکامپوزیتهای تهیه شده توسط پراش اشعه ایکس، میکروسکوپ الکترونی، طیفبینی تفکیک انرژی اشعه ایکس و طیفبینی بازتاب نفوذی شناسایی شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل میکروسکوپ الکترونی کلوخههای نانوذرات دیاکسیدتیتانیوم تشکیل شده بر روی سطح بنتونیت را نشان میداد. خواص مواد ورقه ای بنتونیت پس از تثبیت دیاکسیدتیتانیوم حفظ شد و نانوکامپوزیتها فعالیت ضدباکتری نشان دادند. شکاف انرژی نانوذره دیاکسیدتیتانیوم بدون پایه 25/3 الکترونولت بود که پس از تثبیت نانوذرات بر روی پایه شکاف انرژی تغییر بسیار کمی کرد. پس از آلایش با مقدار 5 و 10 روی، مقدار شکاف انرژی بترتیب تا 04/3 الکترونولت کاهش یافت. بر اساس آنالیز پراش اشعه ایکس با روش ارائه شده در این تحقیق فاز کریستالی نانوذرات در تمامی کامپوزیتها آناتاز بود و اندازه کریستالی نانوذرات تشکیل شده بر روی بنتونیت کمتر از 50 نانومتر بوده است. در نهایت، آلایش روی در ساختار نانوکامپوزیت موجب افزایش خاصیت ضد میکروبی آنها شد.

در موردشاخص های حسابی-هندسی نانو لوله های تک جداره حالت زیگ-زاگ
شاخص های توپولوژیکی کاربردهای بسیاری در مطالعات QSAR/QSPR دارند و امکان پیش بینی خواص فیزیکی-شیمیایی بسیاری از ساختارهای شیمیایی را بر اساس تجزیه تحلیل آماری معتبر با استفاده از یک مجموعه دادههای کوچک فراهم میکنند. در مورد نانو اختارها محاسبه اکثر این شاخص ها که اولین قدم در بهکارگیری آنهاست، معمولاً بقدری مشکل است که خود به موضوع اصلی مقالات تبدیل میشود و توجهی به کاربرد یا ارتباط آنها با شاخص های سادهتر نمیشود. در این نوشتار به بررسی شاخص های حسابی-هندسی و تعمیمهای آنها در ارتباط با نانولوله تک جداره حالت زیگ-زاگ TUHC_6 2p,q پرداخته و نشان میدهیم مقدار این خانواده از اندیسها تقریباً با تعداد یالهای گراف مولکولی آنها برابرند، لذا ازلحاظ محاسبه ارزش چندانی ندارند. در عوض نسخه یالی شاخص های توپولوژیک مبتنی بر فاصله بهعنوان جایگزین پیشنهاد میگردند و ارتباط برخی از معروفترین آنها با انرژی کل مولکول TUHC_6 2p,q مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد.

طراحی حسگر ملکول های زیستی بر مبنای پلاسمون های سطحی ایجاد شده در گریتنیگ گرافن-طلا و بررسی اثر هندسه گریتینگ بر حساسیت
به دلیل اهمیت روزافزون حسگرها در تشخیص زودهنگام بیماریها، نیاز به حسگرهای زیستی با کارایی بالا یکی از اهداف محققان است. در این مقاله ساختاری متشکل از گریتینگ گرافن-طلا، که پلاسمونهای قوی را در ناحیه فروسرخ نزدیک تشکیل داده برای آشکارسازی تغییرات ضریبشکستو درنتیجه غلظت بعضی مواد زیستی و بهطورکلی تمام موادی با بازه ضریب شکست 000.1 تا 006.1 پیشنهاد دادهشده است. حساسیت و کیفیت حسگر پیشنهادی مورد محاسبه قرار گرفتهشده و اثرات پارامترهای ساختاری و ویژگیهای نور فرودی بر روی این فاکتورها موردبررسی قرارگرفته شده است. بهترین نتیجه برای مواد با ضریب شکست 1.100 با ضریب کیفیت 9750 حاصل شده است. همچنین امکان سنجش برخی از مولکولهای زیستی با ظرفیت شناسایی توسط این حسگر مانند آب، گلوکز، MDCK و خون با تغییرات ضریبشکست 001.0 بررسی شده است که مقدار کیفیت بالای 6000 برای این مواد بدست آمده است.

خواص نوری و فتوکاتالیستی نانوالیاف هسته-پوسته TiO2-SnO2 ساخته شده به روش الکتروریسی
نانوالیاف هسته-پوسته متشکل از دی اکسید تیتانیوم و دی اکسید قلع به روش الکتروریسی، با هدف بالا بردن فعالیت فوتوکاتالیستی، ساخته شد و در ناحیه فرابنفش مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. مورفولوژی و ریزساختار نانو الیاف تولید شده با استفاده از تصویربرداری میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی SEM و میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری TEM و پراش اشعه ایکس XRD مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. بر اساس تصاویر SEMبدست آمده، نمونه های ساخته شده دارای ساختار دو لایه هسته-پوسته TiO2- SnO2 با قطرهایی در محدوده 120-70 نانومتر هستند. آنالیزهای XRD نشان می دهند که نانو ساختارهای سنتز شده بعد از عملیات حرارتی دارای ساختاری با فاز غالب کریستالی است. علاوه بر این، نتایج حاصل از طیف سنجی نوری فرابنفش-مرئی UV-Vis نشان می دهد که تغییرات قله های جذب رنگ های رودامین بی، متیلن آبی و متیل نارنجی مورد آزمایش، در حضور نانو الیاف هسته-پوسته TiO2- SnO2 بطور خیلی محسوسی کاهشی بوده که تاییدی است بر اثر خاصیت فوتوکاتالیستی نانو الیاف تولید شده، بطوریکه در نهایت منجر به کاهش در غلظت رنگ به کار رفته، شده است.

الکتروسنتز فیلم نانو کامپوزیت PANI@MgO/TiO2 به روش ولتامتری چرخهای و بررسی توانایی آن در حذف یون سرب II از آب
دراین مقاله، مراحل ساخت فیلم نانوکامپوزیت PANI@MgO/TiO2 و عملکرد آن به عنوان جاذب یون سرب II از محلول آبی، گزارش شده است. نانوکامپوزیت MgO/TiO2 به روش سل-ژل سنتز شد. به منظور ممانعت از پراکندگی نانوکامپوزیت ساخته شده در محیط، به روش ولتامتری چرخهای در محیط فسفریک اسید و پتاسیم کلرید با غلظت 5/0 مولار به عنوان الکترولیت حامل، فیلم نانوکامپوزیت PANI@MgO/TiO2 بر روی الکترود گرافیت، در محدوده پتانسیل 2/0- تا 1 ولت سنتز شد. برای بررسی میکروساختار فیلم حاصل، از روشهای مختلفی استفاده شد. الگوی XRD، وجود منیزیم اکسید و تیتانیوم دیاکسید بلورینه شده در نانوکامپوزیت ساخته شده را تایید کرد. تصویر FESEM نشان داد نانوکامپوزیت به صورت ذرات کروی یکنواخت با میانگین قطر 61 نانومتر تشکیل شده و آنالیز EDX وجود عناصر منیزیم، تیتانیوم و اکسیژن را تائید کرد. طیفهای FT-IR ریز ساختار مورد انتظار را نشان داد. نانو جاذب ساخته شده برای حذف یون سرب II از محلول آبی به کار رفت و عوامل مؤثر بر حذف، بهینهسازی شد. دمای 25 درجه سانتیگراد، مدت تماس 15 دقیقه، محدوده pH بین 4 تا 5 و مقدار نانوجاذب 06/0 گرم به عنوان شرایط بهینه برای حذف یون Pb2 به دست آمدند. در این شرایط، ظرفیت جذب برابر با mgion/gsorb 5/48 بدست آمد. همچنین بررسیها نشان داد که حضور یونهای مزاحم تأثیری بر روند جذب نداشته و توانایی حذف نانو جاذب در نمونههای با بافت پیچیده، قابل توجه است. در بررسی ایزوترمهای جذب مشخص شد که نتایج تعادل با معادلات لانگمویر و فروندلیش مطابقت مناسبی دارد.

تاثیر سیلیکا به عنوان لایه میانی بر روی جذب ساختار شامل WSe2 در حضور اثر پلاسمونیک
بلورهای دوبعدی از جمله تکلایههای کلکوژنایدهای فلزات واسطهTMDC با گافهای نواری مستقیم، افق جدیدی در کاربری این مواد در فوتونیک و الکترواپتیک ایجاد کرده اند. یکی از این نانوساختارهای دوبعدی تک لایهی WSe2 است که جذب آن در کنار طلا به عنوان لایهی پلاسمونیک و SiO2 به عنوان لایه میانی با تغییر جایگاه لایه میانی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. ویژگی اپتیکی ساختارها با روش ماتریس انتقال، TMM، در ناحیه طول موج مرئی به صورت نظری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. با توجه به نتایج محل قرارگیری لایه میانی دریافتهایم حضور لایه میانی بین لایه WSe2 و طلا در افزایش جذب تاثیر بیشتری دارد که در طراحی بهینه، در طول موج 324 نانومتر با ضخامت لایه میانی 38 نانومتر به جذب 97 دست یافتهایم. این یافته ها در طراحی جاذب های اپتیکی برای استفاده در ادوات فوتوولتاییک پربازده مطلوب می باشد.

تاثیر لایه های انتقال دهندهی حفره PTAA و PEDOT:PSS بر مورفولوژی و عملکرد در سلول خورشیدی پروسکایتی مسطح معکوس
در این پژوهش، از ساختار سلول خورشیدی پروسکایتی مسطح معکوس به دلیل داشتن ویژگیهای برجسته از جمله، ساخت در دمای پایین و هزینه ساخت پایین، استفاده شده است، اثر دو لایهی انتقالدهنده حفره PDOT:PSS و PTAA به عنوان لایهی زیرین پروسکایت بر مورفولوژی لایه پروسکایت و پارامترهای موثر بر عملکرد سلول خورشیدی Jsc, Voc, FF, PCE بررسی شد. تصاویر SEM و MAF نشان داد، مورفولوژی مناسب و پوشانندگی بالای فیلم پروسکایت با لایهی PTAA در مقایسه با فیلم پروسکایت با لایهی PEDOT:PSS، سبب افزایش جذب بیشتر نور و بهبود کارایی در سلول خورشیدی پروسکایت بر پایه PTAA شد. بطوریکه بازدهی آنها به 37/11 رسید در حالی که بیشینهی بازدهی بر سلول خورشیدی مبتنی بر PDOT:PSS، 23/9 است.

اثر Co در مغناطو مقاومت نانوساختارهای Ni-Cu/Cu
چکیده: در این پژوهش چندلایهایهای Ni-Cu/Cu از الکترولیت تک حمام سولفات/سولفامیت با استفاده از روش الکتروانباشت از دو محلول خالص بدون Co و ناخالص با 2/0 درصد Co در مد گالوانواستات-پتانسیواستات در پتانسیل انباشت بهینه شده Cu تهیه شد. اندازهگیریهای مغناطو مقاومت در دمای اتاق برای چندلایهایهای Ni-Cu/Cu به عنوان تابعی از ضخامت لایه غیرمغناطیس Cu برای هر دو الکترولیت خالص و ناخالص انجام شد. منحنیهای مغناطو مقاومت حاکی از مغناطو مقاومت ناهمسانگرد برای چندلایهایها در الکترولیت خالص و مغناطو مقاومت بزرگ برای چندلایهایها در الکترولیت ناخالص بود، طوری که بیشینهی مقدار مغناطو مقاومت برای چندلایهای Ni-Cu/Cu با ضخامت nm2/4/nm3 به دست آمد. بررسی ساختاری چندلایهایها توسط الگوی پراش اشعهی ایکس انجام شد. الگوی پراش اشعهی ایکس حضور قلههای ماهوارهای که دلالت بر وجود ساختار ابرشبکهای بود را تأیید کرد. ضخامت اسمی چندلایهای ها nominalΛ با ضخامت حاصل از الگوی پراش اشعه ایکس XRDΛ مقایسه شد که همخوانی قابل توجهی داشت. مورفولوژی نمونهها با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی انجام شد که دلالت بر یکنواختی انباشت در حین فرایند لایهنشانی داشت. در نهایت مغناطش نمونهها نیز با استفاده از مغناطوسنج نمونه مرتعش بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد با کاهش ضخامت لایهی غیرمغناطیس Cu وادارندگی کاهش و مغناطش اشباع افزایش مییابد.

تهیه و مطالعه فتوکاتالیستی نانو ماده هسته-پوسته SiO2/CuS برای تخریب رنگدانه متیلن بلو
در این پژوهش سنتز نانوساختارهای هسته SiO2 – پوسته CuS با روش ساده شیمیایی تر توسعه یافته است. محصولات با آنالیز پراش اشعه ایکس XRD، طیف سنجی بازتابش انتشاری DRS، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی SEM، میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری TEM، آنالیز عنصری EDS و طیف سنجی مادون قرمز با تبدیل فوریه FT-IR مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند. مطالعات ریخت شناسی، یکنواختی در توزیع اندازه ذرات هسته با اندازه 250 نانومتر و ضخامت لایه 15-6 نانومتر را نشان داد. بررسیهای ساختاری نشان داد که پوسته CuS با ساختار شش ضلعی کوولیت ساخته شده است و هیچگونه نشانی از ناخالصی در ساختار بلوری ترکیب وجود ندارد. شکاف انرژی لایه مسII سولفید eV 1/3 محاسبه گردید که علت آن به دلیل ایجاد محدودیت کوانتمی در ترکیب نیمه رسانا است. فعالیت فتوکاتالیستی نانوکامپوزیت تحت تابش نور مرئی برای تخریب رنگدانه متیلن بلو MB مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. چندین پارامتر مانند مقدار کاتالیزور L-1g 5/1-05/0، pH 13-1 و غلظت اولیه رنگدانه ppm 10-96/0 آزمایش شد. مقدار تخریب به کمک اسپکتروفتومتری از روی غلظت رنگدانه باقیمانده تخمین زده شد.

بررسی وابستگی دمایی طیف فلورسانس نانوذرات تبدیل افزایشی NaYF4:Yb3 ,Er3
در سال های اخیر نانوذرات تبدیل افزایشی فرکانس بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته اند و کاربردهای متنوعی نیز پیدا کرده اند. در این پژوهش اثر دما بر روی عملکرد فوتونیکی نانوذرات تبدیل افزایشی فرکانس NaYF4:Yb3 ,Er3 مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. بدین منظور این نانوذرات در ماتریس پلیمری قرار می گیرند و توسط لیزر ۹۸۰ نانومتر تحریک می شوند. طیف فلورسانس دارای ۴ بیشینه در نواحی قرمز، سبز و آبی است و به رنگ سبز قابل مشاهده است. سپس دمای این نانوذرات به آهستگی از 25 درجه ی سانتی گراد تا 75 درجه ی سانتی گرادافزایش و سپس کاهش داده می شود و تغییرات شدت تابش فلورسانس در بیشینه های ۵۲۵ و ۵۴۱ نانومتر مورد مطالعه قرار می گیرد. نتایج نشان می دهد که با افزایش دما شدت فلورسانس به دلیل افزایش گذار غیر تابشی از تراز برانگیخته به تراز پایین که ناشی از ارتعاشات فوتونی ماتریس میزبان NaYF4 است کاهش مییابد و با کاهش دما دوباره افزایش پیدا می کند.
