بررسی توزیع بیولوژیکی کمپلکس نشاندار سازی شده پورفیرینی با رادیونوکلید گالیوم-67 بر روی نانو سیلیکای MCM-41 عاملدار شده به عنوان یک عامل تصویربرداری هسته ای
امروزه MCM-41 عاملدار شده با آمینو پروپیل با داشتن مساحت سطح بالا، به عنوان یک سیستم بالقوه تحویل داروهای ضد سرطان معرفی شده است. در این تحقیق به منظور تولید یک سیستم تحویل داروی هدفمند مبتنی بر تصویر برداری در کاربردهای تشخیصی، پروتو پورفیرین با رادیو نوکلئید گالیوم-67 نشاندار و سپس این کمپلکس بر روی NH2-Propyl@MCM-41 تثبیت شد. از تکنیکهای رادیو کروماتوگرافی لایه نازک RTLC، پراش اشعه ایکس، طیف سنجی FT-IR، آنالیزهای جذب و واجذب گاز نیتروژن و TGA/DSCبرای شناسایی نانوذرات استفاده شد. ارزیابی فارماکوکینتیکی نانوسیلیکای نشاندار رادیواکتیو 67Ga-PP IX…NH2-Propyl@MCM-41 در موشهای صحرایی نرمال و دارای تومور فیبروسارکوما انجام شد. این نانوکامپوزیت دارای خواصی نظیر گردش مناسب در بدن از طریق خون، پایداری ساختاری بالا، درصد جذب ID مناسب در تومور، نسبت بالای جذب تومور به ماهیچه و دفع سریع از بدن بوده و به عنوان یک ترکیب مهندسی شده موثر برای کاربردهای آتی رسانش هدفمند و تصویر برداری از تومور مبتنی بر نانوتکنولوژی در مطالعات آتی پیشنهاد میشود.

افزایش تخریب فتوکاتالیستی و بهبود خواص الکتریکی نانومیله های 2TiO با تاثیر آلایندگی اکسید آلومینیم و دمای کلسینه
در پژوهش اخیر، سنتز و ساخت نانو میله های تیتانیت 2TiO با آلایندگی اکسید آلومینیم به روش سل_ژل و همراهی زدایش قلیایی گزارش شده است. ریخت شناسی، مطالعه سطح، بررسی ساختار نانوبلورک ها، ویژگی های الکتریکی و فعالیت فتوکاتالیستی این نانوذرات مشخص شده است. تخریب فتوکاتالیستی یکی از آلاینده های شایع صنعت نساجی به نام متیلن بلو در محلول آبی شامل نانو میله های تیتانیت تحت تابش نور فرابنفش صورت پذیرفته است. حضور اکسید آلومینیم در ماتریس زمینه نانومیله های تیتانیت، فعالیت فتوکاتالیستی و ویژگی های الکتریکی را به دلیل افزایش پایداری حرارتی و افزایش مساحت موثر نانوذرات ارتقاء می دهد. در این تحقیق وابستگی دمای کلسینه نانوذرات به ویژگی های فتوکاتالیستی و الکتریکی بررسی شده است. ثابت دی الکتریک، ظرفیت خازنی، ضریب کیفیت و مقاومت الکتریکی نانومیله های سنتز شده نیز معین شده و نتایج بدست آمده نشان می دهند که نانومیله های تیتانیت آلاییده با اکسید آلومینیم دارای ثابت دی الکتریک بالاتر، فعالیت فتوکاتالیست بالاتر، جریان نشتی پایین تر، کرنش شبکه پایین تر و پایداری حرارتی بیشتر نسبت به حالت خالص هستند. بنابراین نانومیله های آلاییده، می توانند جایگزین مناسبی برای اکسید سیلیکون در گیت دی الکتریک های ترانزیستورهای اثرمیدانی باشند.

رشد نانوساختارهای نیکل کبالت رشد نانوساختارهای نیکل کبالت سولفید بر روی فوم نیکل به منظور کاربرد در ابرخازن با کارایی بالاسولفید بر روی فوم نیکل به منظور کاربرد در ابرخازن با کارایی بالا
در این پژوهش، نانوساختارهای نیکل کبالت سولفید NiCo2S4 با روش رسوب گذاری حمام شیمیایی بر روی فوم نیکل رشد داده شد تا در نهایت به عنوان الکترود ابرخازن NF/NiCo2S4 با کارایی بالا مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. پس از مشخصه یابی و تعیین مورفولوژی نمونه ها با میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی SEM، رفتار ابرخازنی نمونههای ساخته شده با تکنیک های مختلف الکتروشیمیایی نظیر ولتامتری چرخهای CV، شارژ و دشارژ گالوانوستایی GCD و طیف سنجی امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی EIS مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفت. میزان ذخیره ی بار برای الکترود ابرخازن NF/NiCo2S4 در محلول KOH با غلظت M 0/1 برابر با mF cm-2 303 در چگالی جریان mA cm-2 0/1 بدست آمد. با بررسی نمودار EIS، مقاومت در برابر انتقال الکترون Rct برابر با Ω 5/5 به دست آمد که نشان می دهد الکترود مبتنی بر نانوساختار سولفیدی سنتز شده دارای سرعت انتقال الکترون بالایی است.

بررسی خواص نوری، ساختاری و الکتریکی لایه نازک In2S3 به روش اسپری گرماکافت تحت تاثیر دما و نمک ایندیوم
لایه انتقال دهنده الکترون ETL ، نقش اساسی درکارایی سلول خورشیدی ایفا میکند. درسال های اخیر In2S3 به عنوان ETL درسلول های خورشیدی لایهنازک CZTS,Se ,CIGS,Se و پروسکایتی موردتوجه بوده است. لذا در این پژوهش از روش ارزان اسپری گرماکافت به منظور ساخت لایههای In2S3 استفاده گردیده است. سپس تاثیر دما و نوع نمک ایندیوم بر ویژگیهای الکتریکی، نوری، ساختاری و مورفولوژی لایههای In2S3 اسپری شده بررسی شده است. برای این منظورازطیف سنجیهای شناسایی شامل پراش اشعه ایکس XRD، میکروسکوپ الکترونی گسیل میدانی FESEM با قابلیت آنالیزعنصری EDS ، طیف سنجی عبوری UV-Vis ، آنالیز الکتروشیمیایی موت شاتکی و مقاومت سنجی به روش پروب چهارنقطه ای استفاده شده است . بنابرنتایج حاصل ، تغییر پیشماده ایندیوم نمک کلریدی، نیتراتی و استاتی بر بلورینگی و ویژگیهای مورفولوژیکی اثرگذار است. لایههای حاصل از نمک استات ایندیوم درمقایسه با دو پیش ماده دیگر بشدت متخلخل هستند. درحالی که بهترین بلورینگی و کمترین مقاومت الکتریکی صفحهای با پیشماده کلریدی بدست آمده است . بعلاوه مقدار مقاومت صفحهای با افزایش دمای لایهنشانی بطورقابل ملاحظهای کاهش مییابد. اگرچه لایههای In2S3 همگی دارای رسانایی نوع n و گاف انرژی غیرمستقیم eV2 ~هستند اما سطوح انرژی ساختار نواری باتغییرپیش ماده ایندیم تغییر میکند.ازطرفی، چگالی حاملهای اکثریت الکترون نیز از cm-3 1017 × 1/ 2 تا cm-3 1019 × 9/2 باتغییردماونوع پیش ماده قابل تغییراست . بیشترین میزان چگالی حاملها مربوط به لایههای حاصل از پیشماده استاتی در دمای °C 420 است.

بررسی فرایند جذب سطحی آلایندههای رنگی با نانو چندسازه گرافن مغناطیسی
حذف آلایندههای رنگی از طریق جذب سطحی یکی از متداولترین کاربردهای زیست محیطی نانومواد محسوب میشود. این پژوهش نانوکامپوزیت جاذب مغناطیسی بر پایه گرافن را با سنتز تکمرحلهای الکتروشیمیایی تولید کرده و توانایی آن برای جذب رنگدانه های آنیونی و کاتیونی موجود در پساب های رنگی را مورد مطالعه قرار داده است. برای مطالعه خواص نانوکامپوزیت از آنالیز فازی XRD، مطالعه پیوندها باFTIR، بررسی مورفولوژی توسط FESEM و رفتار مغناطیسی با VSM بهره گرفته شده است. قابلیت جذب نیز با آزمایشهای جذب تاثیر پارامتر هایpH، زمان تماس و مقدار نانو کامپوزیت برای رنگهای متیلاورانژ، متیلنبلو، کریستال بنفش و رودآمینB انجام و ایزوترمهای جذب لانگمویر و فروندلیج نیز بررسی شده است. در حداکثر زمان 30 دقیقه میانگین 70 درصد رنگدانهها جذب و با اعمال میدان مغناطیسی ظرف کمتر از 60 ثانیه جداسازی شدند. این مطالعه نشان داد که نانو کامپوزیت سنتز شده دارای مزایایی از قبیل کارایی حذف بالا، زمان واکنش بسیار کوتاه و مقدار جاذب کم می باشد.

مطالعه اثر کاتیون های فلزات قلیایی و قلیایی خاکی بر نانوذرات نقره اصلاح شده با السیستئین و کاربرد آن به عنوان یک حسگر رنگ سنجی
در این پژوهش، اثر کاتیونهای فلزات قلیایی و قلیایی خاکی بر انباشتگی نانوذرات نقره اصلاح شده با السیستئین مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. از این نانوذرات بهعنوان یک حسگر رنگسنجی ساده و کمهزینه برای تشخیص کاتیون فلزات قلیایی خاکی استفاده شد. روش تشخیص بر اساس خواص رزونانس پلاسمون سطحی نانوذرات نقره بود. در حضور کاتیونهای فلزات قلیایی خاکی پیک پلاسمون نانوذرات نقره اصلاح شده بهسمت طولموجهای بلندتر منتقل شده و رنگ محلول از زرد به صورتی تغییر کرد. کاتیونهای مورد بررسی شامل کلسیم، منیزیم و باریم بودند. منحنی درجهبندی برای هر یک از کاتیونهای فلزات قلیایی خاکی بدست آمد. حساسیت، حدتشخیص و گستره خطی بدست آمده از این روش برای هر کدام از کاتیونهای قلیایی خاکی بررسی و با هم مقایسه شدند. با توجه به نتایج حاصله بهترین حدتشخیص و بیشترین حساسیت برای کاتیون باریم مشاهده شد. بدین ترتیب از این روش جهت اندازهگیری یونهای باریم در محلولهای آبی استفاده شد. بهمنظور رفع مزاحمتهای ناشی از دیگر کاتیونها همهی اندازه گیریها در حضور لیگاند EDTA و در pHهفت انجام شدند.

بررسی برهمکنش نانو لوله کربنی با ماده انفجاری تتریل با استفاده از نظریه تابعی چگالی
در این تحقیق، برهمکنش نانو لوله کربنی تک دیواره با تتریل با استفاده از روش نظریه تابعی چگالی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. در این راستا، ابتدا ساختار ترکیبات مورد مطالعه، مورد بهینه سازی هندسی قرار گرفتند. سپس، محاسبات IR، اوربیتال های پیوندی طبیعی NBO و اوربیتال های مولکولی FMO بر روی آنها انجام شد. نتایج به دست آمده از جمله پارامترهای ترمودینامیکی محاسبه شده مانند تغییرات انرژی آزاد گیبس ΔGad، تغییرات آنتالپی ΔHad و ثابت تعادل ترمودینامیکی Kth نشان دادند که جذب سطحی تتریل بر روی سطح نانو لوله کربنی تک دیواره گرما زا، خودبخودی و برگشت ناپذیر میباشد. تاثیر دما نیز بر روی فرآیند جذب سطحی تتریل بررسی شد و نتایج حاکی از آن بود که با کاهش دما راندمان فرآیند جذب سطحی بیشتر میشود. مقادیر ظرفیت گرمایی ویژه، نشان دادند که پس از برهمکنش تتریل با نانو لوله کربنی میزان حساسیت آن نسبت به گرما به طور قابل ملاحظه ای کاهش مییابد. نتایج محاسبات آنالیز اوربیتال های مولکولی هم بیانگر آن بود که از نانو لوله کربنی میتوان در ساخت سنسورهای الکتروشیمیایی جدید برای اندازه گیری تتریل استفاده نمود زیرا مقدار گاف انرژی بعد از جذب شدن تتریل بر روی سطح نانو لوله کربنی افزایش محسوسی یافته است که از این کاهش رسانایی الکتریکی می توان به عنوان سیگنال جهت شناسایی الکتروشیمیایی تتریل استفاده نمود.

تشخیص اتانول بواسطه الکترود الکل دهیدروژناز اصلاح شده با آنتراکوئینون و نانولوله های کربنی چند دیواره کربوکسیل دار
سنجش اتانول برپایه تولید سیگنال از نیکوتین آمید آدنین دی نوکلوتید NAD که اساس فعالیت آنزیم است تولید می شود. آنتراکوئینون 2 کربوکسیلیک اسید AQ بعنوان حدواسط انتقال الکترون به NAD از آنزیم الکل دهیدروژنازADH متصل می شود تا انتقال الکترون به سطح تسهیل گردد. همچنین نانولوله های کربنی چند دیواره کربوکسیله با هدایت الکتریکی بالا MWCNT قادر می سازد که پروتئین را برروی سطح گسترده تثبیت شود. براین اساس MWCNT ها را در ابتدا بواسطه عامل اکسنده نیتریک اسید 65 و امواج التراسونیک بصورت کربوکسیله عامل دار شدند. مطالعات طیف سنجی فروسرخ و میکروسکوپ الکترونی SEM عامل دار شدن MWCNT را تایید می کند. فعالیت الکتروکاتالیتیکی جهت احیای NAD توسطAQ و MWCNT با قابلیت اکسیدواحیا ارتقا یافته است. اتصال کوالان بین گروه کربوکسیلیک اسید از آنتراکوئینون یا نانولوله های کربنی با گروه آمین از NAD صورت می گیرد. الکترود CNT/AQ-NAD/ADH پاسخ های آمپرومتری جهت تشخیص اتانول در شرایط بهینه در محدوده خطی بین 34/3 تا بالای 8/22 میکرو مولار تولید می کند. این الکترود ولتاموگرام های شبه برگشت پذیر را در 562/0- و 488/0- ولت نشان می دهد. تهیه الکترود CNT/AQ-NAD دستاوردی جهت زیست حسگرهای الکتروشیمیایی مبتنی بر دهیدروژناز ها می باشد.

در این پژوهش نانوکامپوزیتهای پلی استایرن/ فریت کبالت به روش سل – ژل خود احتراقی سنتز گردید. جهت سنتتز سبز نانوذرات از آب طبیعی کیوی استفاده میشود. پس از سنتز نانوکامپوزیت پلی استایرن/ فریت کبالت خواص مغناطیسی آنها توسط مغناطومتر نمونه مرتعش VSM بررسی میشود. خواص مکانیکی نانوکامپوزیت با مطالعه نمودار تنش- کرنش مشخص میگردد. همچنین ریخت شناسی نانوکامپوزیتها و نقشه توزیع عناصر با اشعه ایکس MAP با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدانی FESEMانجام میپذیرد. ساختار بلوری نانوکامپوزیتها به وسیله پراش اشعه ایکس XRD مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. خلوص نانوکامپوزیتها به وسیله طیف سنج تبدیل فوریه فرو سرخ FTIR بررسی گردید. جهت بررسی خواص دیرسوزی نانوکامپوزیتهای پلیمری/ مغناطیسی از انجام تست UL-94 استفاده گردید. در نهایت خواص مغناطیسی این نانوکامپوزیت با بررسی نمودار تنش- کرنش آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.

ویژگی های سطحی و نحوه انتقال گرما در نانوسامانه طلا-آب به روش مدلسازی دینامیک مولکولی
هدف از این مطالعه، شبیهسازی سیستمی متشکل از آب-نانوذرات طلا و بررسی ویژگیهای و نحوه انتقال گرما از نانو ذرات به محلول میباشد. شرایط اولیه سیستم با کمک دو نرمافزار متنباز Packmol و Moltemplate، و معادلات حاکم، در نرمافزار متنباز LAMMPS برای سیستم موردنظر تعریف شد. تحلیلهای بعد از شبیهسازی با استفاده از نرمافزارهای MATLAB، VMD و Python انجام گردید. برای بررسی پروسه انتقال گرما از نانو ذرات طلا به محلول از روش SNEMD استفاده شد. طبق نتایج، اضافه نمودن نانو ذرات طلا به آب باعث کاهش ضخامت سطح تقابل آن و افزایش انسجام ذرات سیال در این سطح میشود. همچنین نرخ افزایش کشش سطحی با افزایش غلظت نانو ذرات و کسرمولی، در نانو ذرات با قطر بیشتر، نسبت به نانو ذرات کوچکتر، بیشتر است. در پروسه خنکسازی نانو ذرات، گرما در محلول در فاصلهnm 2 در فاصله زمانی کمتر از ps5 انتقال پیدا میکند و رسانش گرمایی در اولین لایه آب نزدیک به نانوذره 50 بیش از دیگر قسمتهای محلول است. بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت، با افزایش چگالی مولکولی در سطح نانو سیال، و کاهش سطح تقابل لایه سطحی، احتمال اختلاط نانو سیال با مایعات داخل بدن کاهش مییابد. این پدیده میتواند به منجر به بالا رفتن بازده نانو سیال در روشهای تشخیصی و درمانی شود. در صورت استفاده از نانو ذرات طلا در هایپرترمیا، افزایش دما اثر بیشتری بر مرگ سلولهای سرطانی نزدیک نانوذره نسبت به بافتهای سالم توموری در فاصله دورتر خواهد داشت.

ساخت ساده و دو مرحله ای نقاط کوانتومی کادمیم تلوراید با نورتابی بالا : بررسی اثر نور ماورای بنفش بر نورتابی نقاط کوانتومی
نقاط کوانتومی کادمیم تلوراید پوشش داده شده با تیوگلیکولیک اسید با اندازههای مختلف 2/7، 3 و 3/4 نانومتر به روش آّبی ساخته شدند. سپس نقاط کوانتومی تحت نور ماورای بنفش نوردهی شدند. اثر نوردهی بر خواص نوری نقاط کوانتومی به صورت نظام بند بررسی شد. بر اساس نتایج، میزان تغییر در شدت فلورسانس و محل قله با اندازه ذرات تغییر می کند. شدت قله فلورسانس نقاط کوانتومی با اندازه 3/4 نانومتر، 5/2 برابر شدت اولیه بعد از 102 ساعت نوردهی شده است. در حالیکه نقاط کوانتومی با اندازه 3 نانومتر، شدت قله به طور قابل توجهی افزایش یافته است 31 برابر بعد از 88 ساعت نوردهی. در سه نمونه، محل قله فلورسانس به سمت طول موج های کمتر جابجا شده است. نقاط کوانتومی با اندازه کمتر، جابجایی آبی بیشتری در محل قله گسیل دارد. در این مقاله، سازوکار این تغییرات در خواص نوری نقاط کوانتومی بررسی شده است.
